What is the process once I file an insurance claim?
The insurance company will write and estimate for the damage to your vehicle. If your vehicle is at our shop, we will work with them to be sure everything and all damage is written up correctly. We will get authorization from the insurance adjuster to move forward with the repair.
Do I need to make an appointment for an in person estimate?
No, you do not need an appointment. Someone is always available during normal business hours. Feel free to call us ahead of time if you like. All estimates are Free Estimates.
How long do most repairs take to be completed?
Each repair is different so its hard to say. Once we are are approved by insurance or you to move forward, we will let you know the estimated time. You should plan on at least a 7 days to allow for part ordering and repair.
Will my car be the same as before?
Yes, we specialize and strive to repair your vehicle to the condition it was pre-accident.
